CV REVOLUTION

CV Revolution' is the Averon's Spin Cycling class.  Spinning classes last for about 60+ minutes depending on the level of the class. Your spinning instructor plans a ride terrain, and sets the ride to music. Aside from being great fun, you will get fitter faster than you ever believed possible. Spinning is an indoor bike ride that is proven to achieve faster weight loss than any other indoor exercise. Spinning will literally lift inches off your bum and shape your legs. We have 14 spin cycles available for participants and 1 for the instructor, so places are limited for this popular class. We are currently running 8 classes per week

BODY PUMP

Is a strength training endurance class where muscles and music collide! The great thing about body Pump is that it challenges every major muscle group in your body. Ten stationary routines, using barbells and music, strengthen and tone in record time.

You chose the weight that you are comfortable with and as you progress you can continue to challenge yourself with increased load. This means Bodypump is a great workout for everybody.

BODY ATTACK

  • is an intense cardiovascular workout training programme delivering improved heart & lung function and a greater cardio respiratory endurance.
  • is a rapid fat burning workout that provides an endorphin stimulus, promoting feelings of alertness, vigour and vitality
  • Comprises 3 cardio blocks interspersed with 3 core-conditioning tracks, which give special attention to the stabilising muscles, lower abdominals and obliques.

BODY BALANCE

Body Balance is  a dynamic Yoga - based stretch programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed.  It combines the fundamental principles and practices of Yoga, Pilates and Feldenkrais, such as controlled breathing, concentration, flexibility and strength training to create a holistic workout that brings body mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.

BODY BALANCE invigorates and tones, releasing tight, tense muscles.
